Introduction
Hi there! Welcome and thank you so much for getting into our program. We hope the coming months for you will be as life-changing as we know they can be. This program is years of knowledge about mental health, lifestyle, sports, yoga, self-care, detrimental habits, practical application, creating social connection, and much more condensed into a short but intense time frame to help you change your life for the positive starting today! Before we get started we want to introduce ourselves properly and explain to you how all of the knowledge we want to share in this course is part of the ever-growing puzzle and challenges we have faced/ and face in life just like you. We might come from different backgrounds, far away countries, families, metabolic lineages, economic status, ideologies, opportunities, have been dealt a different deck of cards, and so on. However, we also all have things in common, which is that we are all humans who share the same planet and have the same DNA. We have the same psychological, physiological and spiritual mechanics, and (correct me if I am wrong) I believe that most of us want to do our best on a daily basis to make a better life for ourselves, for those around us and for the planet as a whole.

Week 1: Getting Started
First of all, congratulations for being brave enough to take on this new challenge and take your life seriously enough to take action! During the following weeks we will go over an all-inclusive holistic program which will help you to set the correct foundation for a better life from today and onwards. What do we mean when we say Holistic? According to the Oxford Dictionary it means something like this: holistic ho·​lis·​tic adjective characterized by the belief that the parts of something are interconnected and can be explained only by reference to the whole. "the solution demands a holistic approach and a strategic vision of what can be achieved" Medicine characterized by the treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of an illness. "many people conclude that holistic medicines are beneficial" In other words, we want to offer you the complete toolbox of how to help yourself maximize your life! This includes deeper self reflective work, an understanding of mental health, habit changing, the importance of sleep, rhythm and structure, challenges, purpose, emotion regulation, movement, diet and much more! Life is complex and sometimes it is hard to know where to get started. We hope that through the course of these coming weeks you will get more clarity/ a roadmap so to say, of how to face the challenges of life and get SMART so you can get to wherever you set your mind to! Remember, Nothing is impossible, you just haven’t found your way yet! Wait, that sounds more romantic in Spanish doesn’t it? Lo imposible es solo aquello para lo que aún no has encontrado el camino - Wise boi - This course consists of working documents for you to work through, video material that will make it more pleasurable to learn and interesting sources that will expand your knowledge and mind. Please be sure to go through every part of the course! If possible write things down with a pen and paper besides the digital work that you will be doing. Make pen and paper your best allies, during this course and for your life to come! These are great tools that will force you to take things slow, and the act of writing actually will make you remember and store information a lot better (yes, this is actually used as a scientific term) than when we type things in a digital document and store them in some dusty drive. We hope you are becoming more curious and motivated than ever! Because do not forget, learning something new needs to be fun, not just challenging. If it isn’t then maybe you have not picked up the right course and I am sorry for that… Now onwards to some highly advised topics to max out your potential and future success!

Week 2: Get Active
Welcome to week number 2 of the course. We hope that you advanced well through week number one, that you are taking the process seriously and are applying yourself as well as you can. Remember every process starts with you deciding to do so! Take a 100% responsibility for your process and follow the guidelines set out through the course to advance further and further ahead. This week we will go over motivation and activation. The only way to get results is by putting in the work. Remember, we are not: The Fat People The Fake People The Fraudulent People The (P)Fffff…. People… You get the picture? We are We the Fit People!! This means that we need to start moving, activate ourselves and become as FIT as we can possibly be. Not just physically, but also mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Body and mind work together. If our mind is weak our body will follow in line and vice versa! To help yourself prepare for the deeper mental and emotional work, we first want to ask you to get the FIT back into your body!
